On 12/22/2014 I ordered my boyfriend a pair of the newly released Jordan 11 Pantone's (the blue ones) from selectbestprice.com. However, I was completely oblivious to the fact that this website is not legit and that the shoes are not authentic. As soon as I read reports from people who had the same issue, I immediately wrote the company an email voicing my concerns.

In the first of many emails exchanged, I asked for their physical address and customer service phone number in which I never received.

I sent another email asking for clearer policies on shipping and returning and they stated that while they can't stop the parcel from coming once I receive my package, I can return it. They also said I would need to pay a 30% restocking fee and be responsible for shipping costs (ridiculous). I immediately sent another email back saying that the website only says all items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and that I would refuse to pay the 30% they are asking. They explained to me that because they were using DHL as a faster way to get here, they would need to charge me the 30%??

My next step was to see if I could track my package through the DHL website. When I did this, I was so shocked to see that it was coming from Hong Kong!! I called DHL to see if I can place a stop on it from even coming.

I will be filing a claim with my bank to see if they can't help me.
