I placed a trial/sample order for face cremes for just paying shipping It was endorsed by Oprah or so it stated, I trusted the site to be that, a sample for a small shipping fee, but it borders on fraud at least deceptive marketing concepts. /somewhere in the small print they say I agreed to purchase or subscribe to regular purchases.
When I tried to call I had to wait over due to extremely large call volume. I selected to have the next available operator return my call. I waited several hours and tried again, waiting over 30 min and finally Kayla asked me what area of concern,I was using the products for,and a half a dozen different questions, I told her I wanted to get products for a girlfriend and had no idea. She then tried to to upgrade me to VIP and offered 50% discount. I said I just wanted to cancel. Which she did, I asked about a refund an was somehow disconnected. Then a day and half later a company rep called I didn't catch her name and said they wouldn't refund because I had ordered the product on the
8th of Dec. I said I would get the product and return it, she it couldn't be returned, and since I clicked that I had read the purchase agreement it wasn't fraud and I would be responsible for the charges. A total BS story, company's like this give the legitimate co. a bad name. The charges overdraft charges we're $77.00 to my bank account! an expensive lesson.
