In November I ordered free samples of skin care products, with the understanding that I would pay shipping ONLY.
One came from equinox from TX and the other from
EFL*enfacelift for $93 both in UT. I called and had a lot of difficulty getting the phone guy to know that I meant business. They still charged me an additional charge for restocking but I got back $79. EFL*enfacelift in UT went through however and I cannot contact them. I refused the package that came but the charge is on my credit card.
products were nothing that was promised so
I emailed Equinox to stop sending any more.
The initial free sample ad had no info. that
this was any kind of contract or would be
ongoing. I looked for that. I am dealing with my credit card to block further charges.
