Collection company has been reporting 120 days past due on an account updated 09/30/2009, reporting to Credit reposting companies including TransUnion.
The debt was from the purchase of a parcel of land which was deeded back to seller in a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure on July 30, 2009.
The terms of the deed in Lieu is in full cancelation of debt, obligations,costs,etc. I have contacted Concord and mail them copy of the Deed in Lieu -which the reference in their report to TransUnion. I have filed disputes with TransUnion several times in the past 3 years; but Concord verifies the entry and will not remove it from my credit report. Documented proof available to submit.
