After accessing my bank account details I found that 5 items had supposedly been bought totalling £41.90; and my son assures me that the 2 items he bought would only cost £5.00 or less.
All this has taken place on the 25/12/2014;the same day that the internet was down for PS4 and Xbox.
I hope you can get this sorted asap.
