I was online, on my phone and saw an advertisement from the UGG store. They advertised a 50% off sale on their boots. I ordered a pair for $110.00 for my daughter for Christmas, and the boots never came. My debit card was charged from a company in China, and I didn't order stuff from China, so I investigated and found this company to be fake. My bank won't consider this fraud because I willingly gave my credit card number....OF COURSE I DID, I thought I was making a purchase! So unless I try to email this company to get my money back, I'm screwed. How do you email a company that isn't even real?
