This company is a total joke. I hired the company to write a business plan. What I received was far from any substantive plan. I was billed $745 twice for a sum of $1,490. The plan was so hideously written that I couldn't even offer a single cent for it.

I requested a refund and was told I was totally out of line.

Thankfully I took this matter to my local municipal court and dealt with the matter legally.

I'm happy to report I sued Bplanning, LLC and won a judgment against the company.

If you have experienced any breach of contract or quality issues working with this company I would recommend filing a small claims case against the company. You are very likely to win. Provide the judge with a copy of the business plan the company provided and demonstrate how it is not remotely close to a business plan.

You can even invest in a book or two about business plan composition and pull a few facts from the book and demonstrate how BPlanning's business plans fall short of what was expected.

It's best not to even work with this company at this point in time as they have now modified their terms of service and do not offer refunds. HUGE RED flag! They added this clause in after I won my judgment.

A strong word of caution - - - AVOID. You'll save yourself the headache. These guys are super cheap, but they always say - - you get what you pay for.

Luckily in my case I won the lawsuit.
