could not change date above.. on 8/29/14 was contacted by livepc told me they were part of microsoft n my pc was outdated had no virus protection nor help line with dell n at high risk for virus told me i would get mcafee n tech support from them for $419.00 for 3 yrs gave them permission to charge my credit card apprx 3 mos later received phone call that my was at high risk from unknown no i hung up n called live n was told there was a risk thats when i realized this was a scam as once i gave them control of my pc told me had to pay more money to stop pc from crashing told them no to return pc control to me n i no longer wanted to be with them as not only scammed but pc isnt working right since being with them informed my credit card of the scam n they put a hold on payment in dec found out that live charged my credit card for an add $320.00 with out my authorization on 11/27/14 citi said to cancel my credit card so live could not do this again which i did tried calling fraud dept police in del didnt return call citi told me to file with bbb however needed zip code n correct address as there are 2 while trying to find address on pc found scam book hope u can stop them
