I got a pop-up window on facebook page, It seems like its associated with facebook. I made a registration as it was written , it is free of cost and no amount will be charged from credit card, I entered the card number and CVV and a total of 152$ was spend on my credit card without any secured authentication or One Time password.Later I also paid credit card over limit fee and currency change service tax.
