I joined this PTC site and started earning. When I reached USD 7 tried to cash out several times but every time system displayed same message that daily withdrawal limit has been exceeded. Then the web site went offline for maintenance. When the site returned I could not log in. The same thing happened to a number of other members.
I am not sure if the address is correct or not but thought should file a complaint.
