A popup survey offered me a choice of 3 free gifts for completing a questionnaire. I chose Agereneskin and was asked to pay £1.99 to cover postage which I paid by credit card. A few days later I received a very small parcel, which was followed next week by a very big charge on my credit card. The credit card company has put a stop to further payments - it transpires that Agerenewskin is well known as a scam merchant, and intended to charge me £84.71 every month!! But I have to negotiate recovery of the first payment directly from the company. The company refuse to do this so I am proposing to report them to the consumer protection agencies, the TV and newspaper consumer progammes and to instigate a Small Claims Court Action. Help stop these scams. Spread the news if you are a twitter user
