I kept getting an advert coming up asking if I wanted as I thought face cream. It offered a free sample nothing else. It ask me for payment for postage of £3.95 which I agreed to and sent them details of my bank card. Then deducted two payments of £3.95 and sent one free sample. Exactly 16days after the first amount was deducted they deducted two payments of £97.95 totalling £199.85.
I contacted my bank who informed it is not fraud because I had giving them my details. They would not accept the fact that I had only giving them my details to deduct postage only. I did not read or did I see any reference to further payments. The information on that web site was misleading to say the least and I beleiive fraudulent. I have stopped any further payments and sent these two companies for repayment of the total amount.
