I saw an advertisement on Facebook for free samples of anti aging cream, I called up and ordered an RV anti aging cream for £2.99 this amount was for postage and packing the callhandler tried to talk me into ordering further products I refused I paid £2.99 on my Visa Debit for P&P.
On 26/09/2014 a sum of £62.52 was taken from my bank account this was not discovered until my statement arrived today Monday 8th December 2014,I called my bank and explained and was given an ID number they will monitor my account for Charming Skin to receive no payments from my account,I called Charming Skin and was spoken so rudely to by the call handler he would not give his name I explained I want a refund of the money they took unauthorised from my account he did not speak good English he said I did not call up to cancel before 14 days expired to cancel and return product, he said I am at fault he said if I return product he will give a refund if not the company will not,I am returning the product today if I don't get refund what do I do? Suck it JP I guess
