Took money from a 91 year old man with dementia.
His wife had denied requests 3x for money,some for her son, Justin Wade Smith who conned for $1,000,000, now federal prison for 7 yr. Claimed he was FBI agent (fake) and needed money,also to get house appraised, also see grandchildren. Finally got $$ as above.June and July, 2013. Did not happen on 12/07/14, unable to correct above
