first of all there products are nothing but fakes fakes fake, they promise you a LV bag, with duster, serial numbers,lock & key and even a receipt ! but when I got there junk it was in fact fake torn, ripped and scratches all over it. I have asked for a refund and Raquel said as soon as they got their junk back they would well they have had it for over a week and now refuse to refund my money but give me another junk of a bag! which I will not except. I have so many pictures that I took of the bag and I have kept all receipts and emails from them.

- looks like celebluxury is now moved their scam website to www.bagsheaven.cn. I bought a $300 handbag from www.bagsheaven.cn for my wife's birthday. In order to purchase the item there were only a couple of options to purchase Western Union or Moneygram. There was no option for paying via credit card. I wired the money through Western Union. My bad. I won’t be doing this again. After not receiving the handbag after a month I sent an email to them asking for the status of the order and would get an email back saying they apologize for the delay and the handbag would be coming shortly. Interestingly, the responses came [email protected]. A different domain. After me sending at least 20 emails and two months after I placed my order (7/2017) I no longer get any response back from them after three months (10/2017). Save yourself some grief DO NOT buy anything from these scammer websites www.bagsheaven.cn and www. celebsluxury.com.
