McHelper is a scam. I called their toll free number for help while trying to regain access to my hotmail account. they took control of my PC remotely and did bunch of maneuvering. as far as the hotmail went, they simply opened a new account, using a new user name which was just my old user name with a few alphabets added at the end. It was not the regain access service i had agreed to pay for! i grew very suspicious about what they did on my PC & took it to Best Buy to be examined. Best Buy associates found more than fifty viruses on my hard drive. & i had just a brand new hard drive installed. it was clean. the viruses did not come from my own internet usage. I had to have my hard drive scrubbed. This has been my experience with McHelper. Be aware....
