I received calls from phone # 202-241-7181 provided by YMAX Communications Landline in Washington DC, claiming that these calls are from IRS, communication was transferred to several persons with Hindi accents which were trying to collect money as an IRS debt. They had my address and phone #. May be YMAX Communications should provide personal investigation? Since my communication was transferred to the different persons, a question arises: are company's operators involved in this scam?
