Bonjour,
J'ai fait une commande sur le site shopchaussure.fr, l'encaissement de ma commande a été faite le 31 octobre 2013, depuis je n'ai jamais reçu mon colis et je reçois des mails comme quoi "le marchand s'excuse, il fait encore patienter entre 1 et 3 semaines", une fois le délai passé, un autre mail me demande de réattendre. Je ne supporte pas ses fraudes et je suis inquiète par rapport à mes coordonnées bancaires.
Merci de bien vouloir me renseigner sur cette société et sur la démarche à faire pour demander un remboursement.
