2 unauthorised payments of £56.82 and £58.84 went out of my account to this company! I phoned my bank,but they said they could nothing.as i had "unwittingly"subscribed. So a £1.99 trial cost me dearly!! BUT..I phoned the London Juveneu branch...and went to war!!!! They have promised to put the money back into my account,by the end of this week. We shall see? I will update this,if and when that happens. Meanwhile!!! Beware trial offers on line!! Always look at the smallprint...even if you DO need a magnifying glass!!!
