I came accross this company through an online magazine article which gave a link to these company. They said it was a FREE TRIAL and you only had to pay package and postage (£4.99 approx). At the bottom after filling in my details it said "Terms" so I clicked on it twice but nothing appeared. After 24hrs I contacted this company and asked them to forward their terms to me, I also stated that if they were a company that automaticly took money from my bank account I wished to cancel the free trial. They did respond and confirmed that they would take £89.95 if I didn't cancel within 14days. So after stating that I wished to cancel in my previous email, I stated that again. I sent them emails on the 2/11, 3/11 and 11/11 asking them to confirm that the order had been cancelled. I also sent them an email on 14/11, the day the free trial arrived asking if they would like me to send the product back. On checking my bank account today (17/11) they have taken £89.95, however shortly after taking the money they have sent me an email saying they have cancelled my order and will refund my bank account £62. This is £27.95 short and I cancelled within the 14days.
I hope people see this and don't make the mistakes I have made.
