Here's the deal with Troy's Florist..... They are simply a crooks that offers you a website full of great floral arrangements that DON'T exist. They take your order & your money & contact a local Florist in the city/town you want them shipped to. They place an order with the local florist for half the cost you paid & pay the local florist with a credit card themselves....no affiliation or locations in these cities like they tell you, just a broker of sorts. In my case I spoke to the local florist who told me what they ordered on my behalf & what they paid. No where near what I ordered & way less than what I paid for. A TOTAL SCAM! When you call to complain they tell you to send a picture of the flowers so they can prove you got flowers even if they weren't what you ordered. This is their insurance in case you try to dispute the charges with your bank or credit card co. Please don't fall for it. Call someone with a local address & physical store.
