Canadian Visa Expert called me claiming to give me a Visa quickly and complete follow-up to my arrival in Canada. They asked me $ 990 (795 €). I clearly explained that it was impossible for me to pay now. After they assured me heave the amount later with my agreement, I noticed that the amount was withdrawn a few days later with a second levy of $ 12. Today they assure me that I authorized the levy!
