On 12 / 11/2014 i spoke to one of the agents of Canadian Visa Expert she took the detail of my card and she said me that the conformation of the payment will be emailed to me and told me to repeat the amount which was 1191 US DOLLARS and it was foolish of me to repeat the amount where as i didn't confirm if i want the payment to be made later she gave me the customer I.D which was 151156982 , After few moments i received an SMS from the bank that 1191 US DOLLARS were deducted from my account what i want is the whole amount which was taken from my bank to be refund to me and cancel my application as i didn't agree upon this , I also spoke to the bank and they said that if you guys wouldn't claim the amount from my bank within 10 days then it will be much better or else if they claim then i have to report a dispute form . can anyone help me please my email is [email protected]
