This company adds terms to your google search and you THINK you are dealing with Best Western or whatever, even the hotel directly like I thought, but they are actually a third party that makes reservations through expedia while you are on the phone line. This happened to me while traveling - I clicked on a google ad and thought it was the actual hotel. I only inadvertently found out that the hotel was no longer best western when i called to report a later than expected arrival time. They said they were no longer Best West. and that the booking was made through Expedia. This 3rd party added on $20 to the price that was on Expedia AND THEY HAD MY cid CODE AND ZIP CODE FOR USE IN FRAUDULENTLY CREDIT CARD PURCHASES but I canceled before that could happen.
