Purchased what I thought were real Raybans from a Rayban "Outlet"'store on 11/01/14. The site advises glasses to ship within 2-3 days of order received. Checked status MON 11/9/14 and order still "pending"...sent email thru their "contact us" - no response. Just sent second request 11/12/14 as order still shows "pending" asking for response regarding status. My next email will be to advise them I will dispute and remove my credit card payment thru my VISA carrier. I'll update if I finally do get a response....but it isn't look'n good.
