I made a purchase from your company and have had multiple problem with the purse. Spoke to your company before when I first received the purse and sent pictures of the trim that was sewn on wrong and a scratched up emblem which are the first 2 attachments. You made me a 100.00 compensation to keep the purse as is. I agreed. Now the rings on my purse that hold the straps on or the décor has fallen off completely or about to fall off and other places. I have attached pictures which are the last 3 attachments. I paid too much to not be able to carry my purse. Since making the purchase I have only carried my purse only 3 times and it has totally fallen apart.
