I bought a website theme late September from Sitemile. I have spent the last 2 months constantly trying to work with the owner of Sitemile as the website theme is broken. He claimed to have fixed it, yet it was still broken.
He barely responds to emails and refused to give me a refund.
Finally after over 2 months of him being completely unresponsive and useless he gave me 60% of what I paid back.
This is fraud and robbery. I was supplied with an unusable and broken product, and only received 60% of my purchase back. I am only out of pocket $32, but the time I have wasted is an extraordinary amount. I want consumers to know that this website is a scam, and there are more people like me who have been ripped off by SiteMile and their broken designs.
