when we go to custom and get your items back from custom . we know a bad news from your items, because the custom is busy. when the custom worker check your items. they are so much incogitant to make the items fell to the ground. after we checked its conditon. it has a serious problem with bad condition. we are afraid that you will ask for return policy when you get it . we have to change a new one for you . it will spend us 10 days to make the manufacture to deal with the return. today we have made it return to manufacture , they are dealing with it all the same . i think we can get a new product during this 10 days and arrange shipping for quickly, so you should wait about 10 days. because we need be easy working for this shipping without trouble. it is easy for us to update your items because only yours items have a accident for checking. we hope it will not effect our cooperation for long time.
