The service is pathetic, the driver was very rude and aggressive had to call the POLICE to get him in control. I booked the cab and had a long way to go from Noida to Kalkaji and now the driver says 2 kms away from my drop location that he does not want to go through the route I had told him to take. He started yelling without me uttering a single word. The story leads to when I scold him and ask him to lower down his voice, well this was so embarrassing the driver got out of his car and started yelling at me standing outside which attracting people and scene was created.

I called Easy Cabs(011-43434343) and ADIL a Easy Cab Employee was there whom I informed about the matter and said he will talk to the driver and by this time the driver was in the cab talking me to my drop location yelling things like "Mein kisika ka naukar nahi hun jaante nahi ho mujhe. mein batata hun." Now there is no sign of ADIL as the call had been disconnected as he could hear the driver yelling while on the phone with me. the worst part. I reach my drop location and with high disappointment I call EASY CAB and ask them to control their Driver. NO RESOLUTION, NO CALLS, NO HELP . just a miserable pathetic service. I called the POLICE to my aid as did not want to confront the driver. The Cops came and I told them about the matter and by this team the driver had already been yelling to the cops that I am the one who is the trouble maker and have been beating him while in the cab and coz. WOW. well the cops were smart and slapped the teeth out of him. and I was told to tell the story I explained and they asked me to pay the fair and leave as they would take care of the rest. I left and was in a bad state.

I am getting a case filled against EASY CABS through my brother, a high court lawyer. They would receive the court notice soon.
