I've bought 4 bags from this website.They said the bags will arrive about 7-9 days.but until now the bags haven't come yet.I asked them about the tracking number by email but they don't answer.Firstly,I don't know this website has so many complaints about the authenticity,i have asked my bank to dispute the payment but it was too late..so i really don't know what to do
please help me
