You keep on charging me £80 for a service I neither asked or want, and this isn't the first time either.So refund me my £79.99 either to me or my account,remove my details from your systems and stop taking money from my account. I don't know how many 'customers' you have who live on benefits but i'm not one of them.I hope this will be resolved by close of play on Monday, as I need that moneyback. You know little things like food,bills,fuel which through your actions I now can't pay. If you need too contact me for any details I'm available on these numbers
