online game company, taking money for in game purchases and either not supplying the items or banning accs so you no longer have access to them. when requesting their customer service provide refunds they spam you with automated email responses stating you are no longer eligible for support through their company. i can list at least 15 people this same issue has happened with totaling about $8000.
