The company fit sub standard bathrooms, if you complain or refuse to pay they threaten and do indeed take you to small claims court. They know that it cost more for legal advice than the actual cost of the bathroom. Fortunately for me i was covered by home content insurance. They lie about everything. Like no we did not receive your letter, so you need to email and post. We arranged for them so visit and repair some of the problems and they failed to turn up, i emailed them a complaint and 2 hours later they emailed me to say they had been to my house and i should have been in. So infuriating. The website claimed they had trustmark status for months event though it had been removed due to shocking treatment of customers. They claimed to have been recommended by the 'best of walsall' even though tyhis had also been removed due to customer complaints. The tiles they had fitted were uneven, he had the cheek to blame us saying the wall itself was imperfect. It was a painted flat surface and we had video evidence of this. They are a bunch of lying con merchants
