I was initially charged $39.99 for a product to clean my computer because it was running so poorly. I paid that amount thinking that I was all set to go. Well after I purchased it I needed to register the software and I needed a key code to do this. I was then instructed to call a phone number to register the code in my computer.
After that a tech came onto the phone and said my computer had the worst risks many many more than he had ever seen. My computer needed to be rid of these errors.
He was telling me I needed to pay this amount to have my computer cleaned of these errors and like a fool I believed him.
I am on Social Security and I only have my computer for entertainment. I have been fighting with then through Paypal and they have denied my request for a full refund. $200 is a third of my monthly income.
The performance of my computer ran so slow playing my games on Facebook and I told him the speed was so slow. He responded that Facebook games are always slow...but for the reason of his product my computer became even slower. Please can you help ! Please !
