November 4th (DXB time), Ms. Mike Mayer from Canadian Visa Expert called me up in my mobile number. She introduce her self first and told me she saw my registration in there website. I told her yes I remember that I viewed your website. And she said Yes we will help you to pursue your career in Canada but first can I have some few question in you and your professional career. I said ok. He asked me if I have credit card, I answered no I have only debit card and starting asking the 6 digits from the left to confirm if I can use my debit card. He told me it is fine we will just try if your bank will approve the said amount. Then I told ok then. After that he told me 499 USD was approved by your bank. I saw that my bank has notified me that they have attempted to make more than one transaction but there were no sufficient amounts, and finally a 499 USD went through. I called my bank directly in order to block my card and reverse the transaction but it was too late and I have to file a dispute. I called the number again and told them they made an unauthorized transaction and i want reverse the transaction. as a result they told me that the transaction cannot be canceled. I called called again another woman answered and requested to refund me the amount, she told me that she couldnt and that it was a misunderstamding and that the man i spoke with at first informed that an amount is to be charged (not true, he said they were just checking the acount and no amount will be charged). after some argument, she informed me that in return they can cancel the remaining money on me. I saw this website and now I am trying to get my refund. did anyone succeed in getting their money back? and if so, how did you do so?
