If you do not read the fine print on their online pop-up offer you become caught in a web of monthly product delivery and charges. I first realized this when I received my Visa bill dated Sept.21 charging me with approximately $100 from each of 2 companies - Dental Pro and Genuine White. I had to contact each company separately. They compensated me for 35% (Dental PRO) and 65% (Genuine White) and cancelled the account. What I didn't realize is that they were compensating for an October charge which I was not yet aware of. When I saw the next Visa bill there was again a charge of $100 from each of the companies. In trying to speak with a supervisor I met with lies and resistance. Finally they said a supervisor would call me. When the supervisor called me back I was disconnected. I dialed the number on my call display which was answered by a third company called Ivory Pro. They denied affiliation even though I explained that was the number the so-called supervisor had called me from. The woman on the line said it was not possible even though I had the number in front of me 925-418-3239. These companies all deny affiliation but their invoices are identical and I am convinced the same people answer each company's phone. I am out $300 for $20 worth of product. The scam for them is easy. You sign up for a free trial. They get you on monthly billing and when you call they are happy to cancel as they have pocketed hundreds of dollars for $20 worth of product.
