I ordered one of their products online and it was supposedly a promotional where you only paid for the shipping costs.
I received 2 each of 2 different products - and they charged me $9.90 for shipping - so I thought. A week later after it arrived my account was charged $99
and a week later was charged another $105
After calling several times and asking for a return address - they wouldn't give it to me - I called again after the second charge and said they would give me a $25 credit back to my account. I asked them to give me an address so I could return the products. They said I couldn't return them. I eventually got an address from them - and am now waiting to see if they will credit my account. They placed you in a 'once a month club' that you have no knowledge of - and once they have your credit card # - they are full of excuses.
