i have a very bad experience with your petrol station last wednesday i was renewal my car petrol tank around 9pm from sharjah qalba road (AL QALAA ) total amount 112 After that i gave my credit card and your agent came to me after 15 minutes and he says credit card reader not working i told him no problem i pay cash when i want to gave cash of the same time i received notification from my bank in message showing one transcation three time that time i show message to you agent as per you credit card reader not working but i received three message for payment deduction so i will not pay just you keep me driving card and first i will confirm with my bank then i will pay after that i confirm with my bank there is some error so after two days i was back to same petrol station for clear my dues around 9 pm but there is no supervisor and no body i told him no problem i will come again still i don;t have time i have a duty from 8am to 8pm and today some body call me from this number 065310612 his name abdullah he said he will put me in police station that time i was bussy i told him call me after some time and i discounect my cell phone after some time i received call from police station i have complain from adnoc police station i have question for you which kind this service there is total mistake from your side and you also making complain against me i m very upset about you customer service i hope adnoc management will take serious action about your customer service thanks waheed iqbal 0528709994
