Complaint 332018 Details

I placed on order for 10 cartons of cigarettes through the website, cigarettes-on-line.com on September 8, 2014. The funds, $212.50, was transferred from my credit card to Western Union for payment to Israelita Mendoza, 110/30 Kotchasom Road, Muang, 50200 Chaing Mai, Thailand. The money transfer # is MTCN: 7524729313.

10 days after placing my order, I received an email from abcnet, asking for the MTCN #, which at the time, I thought odd since I assumed the aforementioned recipient should have already received that MTCN # with my order. I responded by email to abcnet for a confirmation that they were, in fact, the correct product source. Abcnet emailed me back on September 18 that they were legitimate and that I should expect delivery within 10 days.

By October 4th with no order delivery, nor contact from abcnet/cigarettes-on-line.com/Israelita Mendoza, I sent the following email to abcnet:

"Where is my order? Western Union confirmed that you picked up my payment on Sept. 19. It's been more than 10 days since you supposedly shipped my order for 10 cartons of Marlboro Red. In fact, it's been over 2 weeks and no shipment has yet been delivered. Without a tracking number or identity of the shipping company, I have no means to locate your shipment, provided it has been shipped at all! Can you update me on the shipment's status and/or tracking number, or shipping company for my order?"

That was the last contact I had with abcnet/cigarettes-on-line.com/Israelita Mendoza to date. I never received my order, nor did I have or receive any further contact from them.
