I would like to complain about this site http://www.consumercomplaints.in/. They allow you to post your complaint and then when you want to remove that complaint because the company took effort to resolve your problems, then they say that their policies have changed. You get no information regarding the changed policies nothing. In fact after a while they stop replying to your mails ignoring what the consumer is going through. They claim to be a consumer oriented site but they don't value their customers and treat them really bad. I've been mailing them continuously but they don't even bother to reply. They disrespect the consumer. It is a shame. I would request you all to never post a complaint on their website coz you will surely be in trouble. I regret choosing this site.
