I have received a prepaid card of Viabuy, with a letter, that after 14 days, if I don t deposit a minimum amount of 90,- Euro, the account will be cancelled automatically. Instead, some weeks later, I received a bill with 118,- from an Inkasso company which I should pay to Viabuy, even if I never used that card. 90 Euro should be not the money for me to deposit, but 3 years of fee for the card plus the remaining sum for the inkasso company.
This company DID NOT MENTION in ANY WORD, that there MUST BE PAID a 3-YEARS FEE from the START of the contract, and BE AWARE, THEY DON´T WANT TO ALLOW ME TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT before the 3 years.
