I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses through www.shoptenpay.com and it was billed through www.mallpay.com. I received a pair of sunglasses but they were the wrong ones. I've tried contacting mallpay and shoptenpay several times and as of this typing I have not heard from them. I also received an after sale email from a person in customer service (using hotmail) asking if I received my order and if I was happy with it. I have replied back to this hotmail account and have not received a reply back from that person.
