I placed an order 7/9/14 which was order #1291, I placed another order a hour later which was 1292; busy place right? I paid using Paypal. I was sent an email address with an Anglo name to contact for information. It was an invalid address. After a month, I started emailing them at the website but they never responded. Shortly afterwards, I notified Paypal and they got my money back for me. To this day, they still show my order as "processing".
