I bought a plastic cell phone screen protector when I bought my new cell phone at T-Mobil last spring. Screen protectors sell for $2 or $3, but Zagg claims to be better (not observable), and to have a warranty that provides free replacement if it peels or goes bad.

Mine peeled and got discolored so as to block my screen's visibility and appearance.

I requested a replacement under the warranty. Zagg had me fill out a form asking for my credit card number and that I agree that I would have to pay $17.99 if I did not return the damaged screen protector. I did all of this.

Then they sent me an email informing me that due to their overwhelming sales, it would be 30 days before they would send me a replacement. Then a letter came threatening that if I did not return the damaged product they would charge my credit card.

I wrote and called that I had never received a replacement long after the 30 days had gone by. It is now about 60 days. I have written them twice more, but never do they send my guaranteed screen protector replacement.

I feel that this is a scam company and want others to beware of purchasing this product from Zagg.
