I met her on the internet.
She said the she need $4800 dollars to get items out of customs in Thailand.
She said that she was in Thailand and need money to get her home to LA. I sent her $1000 to somebody in Thailand who was the Hotel Manager (?). She then told me that on the way to airport she was attacked and lost passport and other documents.
She said she was going have $35,390.39 deposited into my account. A check arrived in the next few days to my account. I called the issuer of the check drawn on bank in Chicago. They said they would talk to accounting to verify the check. They called and said that no such check was issued.
I immediately contacted my bank and said told them what happened and that I wanted a new account which they gave me.
That check was returned NSF.
I emailed Debra and told her what had happened. Se made excuses. I told her have the money sent to her in Thailand to resolve all her problems.
I trust everybody until they give me reasons not to trust them. Do NOT trust Debra Brant.
