I too went to this website to change my address believing the fee was $1.05 and was charged $39.95. I looked for contact information for this company and was only given an email. When I emailed them numerous times all of my emails failed. This company is a rip off. No one can afford $39.95 to change their address. And I believe the fact that you cannot contact these people proves that it is a rip off. If they were a reputable company they would provide a way to contact them and discuss issues like this. I am a single grandmother living on a fixed income and this is totally unacceptable.
