I contacted Raider Publishing International to offer my manuscript; there advertising appeared good enough, but they have not lived up to their sale pitch. Mr Adam Salviani even contacted me my phone here in the UK, as I was concerned about being ripped off. Mr Salviani asked for the original cover design for my work, which I sent along with my manuscript, disk and cheque for £1350. I see now that the request for the original cover design was nothing but a ploy.
I sent my work on the 15th of August 2011, then I received an email on the 19th August, to say they had received the documents and would be in touch with me. Come September, they had not contacted me, so I emailed them to enquire what was happening, no reply. I emailed again and within half hour of doing so received an email telling me all was well and not to worry. I sent a couple of other emails requesting time and schedules, but none were forthcoming. So I asked them to return my documents and cheque within fourteen days, they have not, nor have they answered any emails. Raider have not only stolen my money, but my hopes and dreams also, in my book, that makes them the worst kind of thieves.
