I went into the store to buy some food items that are supposed to be cheaper. Two of the items I was going to buy were planters cashews, one was priced $4.00 and one was priced $3.75 I had other items to purchase too. I went to the register and told the two Arab gentlemen this one is $3.25 and this one is $4.00 they flashed it on the store computer and said to me they are $4.00 I said you should sell it to me the can marked $3.25 for $ 3.25 that is what it was marked with the sticker on top of the can. I said it is the law in Mass, to sell the item priced as marked. I had other items and walked out without buying the items because they don't know the correct law. These people need an audit i would beleive.
