In May of this year I purchased into a turnkey adult website with this company. I went into business with the knowledge that I may not make any money for a while, as with any business, I understood and accepted this fact. The problem lies with my customers who were attempting to make purchases...they would go to but a product or products only to get a blank screen and no confirmation of any purchase! This has happened to many of my customers, as a result I have lost those customers! I have made several attempts to get assistance in this matter, with no reasonable results! Cannot reach them on the phone and their emails only try to redirect me...trying to get my customers to re-enter their personal and credit info....none of my customers will do that and nor should they! So..a couple of days ago I cancelled my membership and I received an email from customer service saying it has been cancelled and I won't be billed any further. I find that peculiar since I have a 2yr contract I paid for at $399. US plus I was to be billed every month $40, and I was almost a month behind on my payments but all I received was daily automatic reminders that my payment was late...I even emailed them reporting this and they commented on my customers problems from before and totally avoided the fact I was behind on my payments. Now it gets interesting....today I emailed them from another email address on the pretense that I was a customer who couldn't compete her order...I asked them who the actual owner of the website (www.goodie-closet.com) was and who ststurnkey was. They were extremely vague telling me they were taking care of the website and they were the ones who could take care of the issues at hand, but continued to avoid telling me anything! I DO NOT want to be part of this ...if they are continuing to operate Goodie Closet after I cancelled and still owe a balance then they should deactivate the website, as it's still up and running! I believe they owe me for the money I lost from the customers who tried to make a purchase and lost out...so I lost out too!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
