I ordered their keybiotics online and was immediatelly billed twice. I called the 800#. I have been on hold for over 5 mins. Finally talked to a rep. He said "..it happens all the time. People need to read the information." I said "It should never happen ALL THE TIME!" He agreed to refund my money.
If I hadn't checked my card, (I do EVERY time I use it online) I might not have caught it.
I think they intentionally overbill people with a misleading check out function.
